Our 12-Week Beginner Course solves this.
This is a guided initiation into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — supported by breathwork, mobility, and mindset practices so your body and nervous system adapt together.
What You’ll Learn Over 12 Weeks...
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Foundations (2–4× per week)
Weeks 1–4 — Safety & Survival
Learn posture, base, movement, and escapes so you feel safe and capable on the mat.
Weeks 5–8 — Control & Confidence
Understand guard concepts, positional control, and introductory submissions — without pressure.
Weeks 9–12 — Integration & Flow
Link defence to control, begin light sparring with trusted partners, and develop calm confidence under pressure.
You will never be forced to spar.
You will always know why you’re learning something.
Weekly Wellness Session (1-2× per week)
Each week includes a guided session focused on:
• Breathwork for stress regulation and recovery
• Mobility for hips, spine, and shoulders
• Gentle yoga & restorative movement
• Practical awareness and mindset training
These sessions ensure your training builds resilience instead of burnout.
