A free intro session is a gentle, beginner-friendly introduction to training at Cherry Blossom Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Wellness.
You’ll be welcomed into the gym, shown around, and guided through a light session appropriate to your interests and experience level. Everything is explained clearly, and you’re encouraged to go at your own pace.
Many people attend their first session feeling nervous — that’s completely normal. Our focus is on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and informed.
